"Body-wisdom" is the ability to listen and respond to what our body is telling us. We can all find and maintain well-being in both body and mind and we can all feel good in our bodies, but sometimes we can't do it alone. The philosophy - and science - that underpins the work I do is simple: the body, mind and emotions are not separate, but aspects of the whole person - and every experience we have in life is stored in our cells. We are affected by many things - stress, trauma, illness, injury and simply the process of ageing. Skilled listening and mindful touch from an experienced practitioner offers you the space to heal and feel really good in your body. Coaching allows you to move forward from a place of connection and create the life you really want to live.
