"Body-wisdom" is the ability to listen and respond to what our body is telling us. We can all find and maintain well-being in both body and mind and we can all feel good in our bodies, but sometimes we can't do it alone. The philosophy - and science - that underpins the work I do is simple: the body, mind and emotions are not separate, but aspects of the whole person - and every experience we have in life is stored in our cells. We are affected by many things - stress, diet, trauma, illness, injury and simply the process of ageing. Skilled listening and mindful touch from an experienced practitioner offers you the space to heal and feel really good in your body. Embodiment Coaching allows you to get both physically and mentally 'unstuck' - to shift mindset and behaviours so your thoughts and beliefs really serve you. Stop negative self-talk, kick bad habits and replace them with sustainable new ones and move forward from a place of connection and ease into creating the life you really want to live.

Therapeutic Thai Massage
A healing system that has been tried and tested for over 2500 years. Thai massage treats the whole body to find deep relaxation, relieve chronic and acute pain, treat injury, and create physical and hormonal; emotional and mental balance.
The massage is clothed and takes place on a comfortable, supportive futon-style mat.
Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage
My focus is on nurturing and treating the special needs of the mother-to-be and new mother as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy and the post-natal period.
For this type of pregnancy bodywork, the client wears comfortable, loose clothing and lies on a supportive futon on the floor.
