We all have this ability to find and maintain well-being in both body and mind but sometimes if we're stuck, stressed, anxious or in pain or simply in transition or rundown and tired we need a little help, which is why we choose to visit an experienced massage therapist or work with a Life Coach.
The philosophy - and science - that underpins the work I do is simple: the body, mind and emotions are not separate, but aspects of the whole person - and every experience we have in life is stored in our cells. We are affected by many things - stress, trauma, illness, injury and simply the process of ageing. Skilled listening and mindful touch from an experienced practitioner offers you the space to heal. Coaching allows you to move forward from this place of connection and create the life you really want to live.
Whatever your age or current state of health, you are in safe hands as I have almost 20 years' clinical experience and 25 years as a teacher and trainer. I offer therapeutic Thai massage, Myofascial Release therapy, pregnancy and post-natal massage, yoga and Embodied Coaching to relieve pain and tension and support you when you need help and through times of transition and change. I work with you as a whole person, not just a series of symptoms, so you can find balance, health and happiness.
