You're an incredible multi-tasker, a high achiever.

And yet... you've come to a point where you don't recognise yourself anymore. You find yourself sleeping badly, getting irritated at stupid things (and big things) and can fly into a rage for what appears to be no reason at all.
You're struggling right now and want to find yourself again and feel comfortable in your own skin, in your body and mind - instead of feeling disconnected and in a constantly whirling maelstrom of emotions.
You want a new, better direction for your life.
You want a way of living your life that feels meaningful and purpose-driven.
A little-known fact is that FOR MANY WOMEN THE PERI-MENOPAUSAL PERIOD (the time before menopause) CAN START UP TO 10 YEARS BEFORE MENOPAUSE (which is 'officially' one year after you had your last period).
Whoever we are, we all go through this time of change, where our identity shifts, and a new phase begins. HALF THE PEOPLE ON THE PLANET GO THROUGH THIS.
And yet... we don't know how to navigate this time. Everything is changing.

Bloating, insomnia, exhaustion, weight gain, brain fog, loss of libido - these may all be familiar symptoms and they are all symptoms of peri-menopause.
