Hosted by The Sunshine Network, this is an intensive 12-day retreat taught in a Lahu village near Chiang Mai. The course includes daily meditation & yoga and full board. Students from this course can go on to complete the Professional Diploma with Bodywisdom School in either the UK or Denmark.
