1:1 Midlife Mentoring
If you're a woman in midlife,  you've already achieved and gained mastery in so much! As women, we often under-estimate our knowledge and strengths and with all this life and experience under our belts, this time of transition is an opportunity to step into PRIME TIME! However, many women find that peri-menopause brings self-doubt, anxiety, symptoms that cause distress (brain fog, hot flashes and rages are just three of more than twenty symptoms).
You're looking for answers and a concrete plan. You're prepared to take action NOW.
In a 1:1 mentoring session, we take a look at where you are now and what your immediate goals are for the future. You have a good idea of what you want to achieve and are getting stuck in the 'how'. Let's make a plan together to get you taking action in what matters most to you. Our time is precious and sometimes, we need a mixture of support, feedback, advice, encouragement and a loving 'shove' in the right direction. 
Some of the things we might address in this session are:
  • ways to stop sabotage
  • healthy habits
  • sustainable eating plan
  • time management
  • self care
  • supplementation
  • understanding your menstrual cycle
